Membership Terms & Conditions
Initial Commitment: 6-month minimum after an upfront payment for 4 months.
Early Cancellation: Cancellations requested within the initial 6 month period will incur a $300 termination fee.
Renewal: After the Initial Period, a 30-day notice is required for cancellation. Membership auto-renews monthly at the current rate.
No-Show Fee: $50 applies for missed or late-cancelled appointments (outside 24-hour policy); can be used as store credit within one month.
Automatic Renewal: After the initial period, membership renews monthly unless cancellation notice is given.
